Goodbye!

So little stalker monkeys! I shall be packing up to move in about 1 hour. How fun is that? Updates will not be often due to the no internet thing. Lovely. Not thrilled about whom I am living with and where but at least it is close to my dads. Oh well, until next time!

WHO made dinner last night?

The husband did! I know, I know. The lazy man doesn't do much but he made up for it with this awesome dinner he made us! I just had to share this with everyone!

Franks BLT Salad

1 pound bacon

1/2 head of lettuce

1 large vine tomatoe

3 slices of toasted bread

Ranch dressing

Eggs

Clean lettuce and tomato as you cook the bacon.

Cut both lettuce and tomato into medium size chunks.

After cooking bacon drain the pain and butter both sides of bread lightly. Toast in pan. Tear in chunks.

Fry eggs but flip at the end. You want to yolks to be a little runny.

Cut eggs into pieces

Combine lettuce, bacon, tomato, and toast pieces.

Pour ranch on top.

Top with egg pieces.

ENJOY!

This was one of the BEST dinners I have had in a long time! Hope you guys try this one!

Time to Celebrate!

So it is almost time for me to leave this AWFUL place! So exciting! I thought I shall celebrate with NEW HAIR! Throwing out some ideas right now. Going to do my hair on Saturday! Private message me or comment on here on your fave one!

A dark dark purple and add some undercover hair weave.....

A multi-color long wave?

Black and short? I am pregnant so the dark may look better on me... Hmm...

Pink and dark? And a little longer......

So I have not a clue. I know the website I got the pictures from sounds lame BUT it has some great styles and colors out there. Don't go judging a book by it's cover now. I'm just not sure what to do with it. And don't get on me about dying my hair while pregnant. I've done it both pregnancies and my doctor ALWAYS OKAYS IT. Anyways which one do you like best or any other ideas? As you see I am leaning more to the purple....

Mom's Kitchen Secrets!

Hello everyone! I was thinking that I have a lot of items in my cabinets that would would make a lot of peoples lives easier!

Let's start with food items:

Jiffy baking mix: This stuff is cheap! You pay 3 or less a box. You can make so much stuff with it! Rool or drop biscuits, cakes, waffles, pancakes, ect. There are tons of things you can use it for. Thicken your gravey or thicken a soup. Did I mention the dumplins they make??? OMG they are the BEST!

Maggie Chicken Powder: This stuff is the best! Make gravey or spice up a dish. Makes the most wonderful broth! The best part is you can use your tatse buds with it. No need to wonder about the bouillon cubes and if they will over power! This is not cheap stuff but it stays good a long time and is great to have on hand.

Coco powder: The possibilities are ENDLESS! Hor cocoa, brownies, cake, pudding, chocolate sauce, ect. I use it when browning my meats. Gives it a great flavor. I know it sounds odd but my Momma always did it! Used it in her chili too!

Spagetti Noodles: Great to add to any meal to make it more hearty. Add to chili, fried potatoes, soups, rice, veggies, ect. You can also butter them up and throw cinnamon and honey granola on it for a sweet dessert!

Cream Cheese: Not just for bagels! Add some powdered sugar and make crepe filling, add fruit or veggies for great dips, add salad dressings for great sauces, and great for baking too!

Quick oatmeal: Great for your breakfast, to throw in shakes, to add to desserts, to make granola, to use for fried chicken or other meats.

Now to cleaning products:

Vinegar water: Made with 75% water and 25% white vinegar. This sanitizes 98%. It is safe to use EVERYWHERE! Floors, hardwood, tile, walls, counter tops, windows, ect. It amazes me how something so simple can be so awesome!

Hand sanitizer: This will take out food stains, hair dye, paint, ect. The stuff is amazing for more then just sanatizing your hands!

It's insane how such simple things can make life so easy! I hope sharing helps you guys out!

This week I will start the 60 dollar challenge, Think I can feed my family of 60 dollars for 2 weeks worth of food? Keep an eye out to see if I can! Remember you can also join by e-mail for blog up-dates!

Puke, Sleep, and Cheese.

Most people read this from of Facebook so most of you already know of my pregnancy. I am due in December. I have been a little flaky on the recipes. I apologize. We are moving in a couple weeks and have bills up to our ears. One of our doggies was in the animal hospital and Ayden got a ton of dental work done. Sealants are not cheap! I was going to write up some yummy food but now as i sit here and think of food I want to vomit hardcore! Oh well until I have more time!
